Ordering & Terms

Minimum Order Quantity

500 units per colour. Mixed products and colours are permitted within a single order,
provided each colour meets the 500-unit minimum.

Material

All products are 100% food-grade silicone — BPA-free, phthalate-free, dishwasher
safe and microwavable. Certification available on request.

Production Lead Time

20–30 days from order confirmation and receipt of deposit.

Shipping Time

30–50 days by ocean freight; 7–15 days by air freight.

Payment Terms

Orders under $5,000 USD: 100% payment in advance on order. Orders
of $5,000 USD and above: 50% deposit on order confirmation, with the remaining 50% paid before shipping. Bank transfer only.

Currency

Invoices will be issued in USD.

Costs

All prices are factory (EXW) prices. Shipping is calculated separately depending on
quantity and region of delivery.

Samples

We offer free unbranded quality samples; we only ask that shipping costs are covered, which is $40.

Packaging

Standard export carton. Custom retail packaging (hang tags, poly bags, branded
boxes) available — enquire for pricing.

Shipping

We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping, which covers all taxes and import costs
— so there are no extra fees to pay on arrival. All goods are delivered directly to your
required address.

Custom colour matching from 500 units per colour. Logo engraved or laser printing from 500 units.
